Internal Transportation
- Main roads: 62–70 meters wide with 6 lanes.
- Branch roads: 23–28 meters wide with 2 lanes.
Water Supply System
- Delivers 10,000 m3/day, with capacity expansion available upon demand.
- Water tank capacity: 7,500 m3, minimum water pressure at the land lot connection point: 10m.
Power System
- National power is supplied from two 110kV sources through the 110/22kV Nam Binh Xuyen substation.
- Power capacity: 4×63MVA, expandable. Underground power distribution in a ring circuit config- uration with RMU (Ring Main Unit) systems installed at the factory fence line.
- Expected Rooftop solar panels capacity: 102MVA.
Wastewater Treatment
- The green wastewater treat- ment system has a processing capacity of 6,000 m3 per day and night, with reserved land planned to allow for future expansion up to a total treat- ment capacity of 20,000 m3 per day and night.
Standard FF&FP System
- Operates 24/7.
- Ensures safety and minimizes fire and explosion risks.
